Hi! I’m Anjali – the baker, creative hand, and proud mom behind Anjali’s Bakehouse.
My love for baking started with a simple joy: creating sweet memories through food. I’ve always been a bit obsessed with baking and cooking — constantly experimenting with new flavors and recipes (some of which were memorable… and others, well, let’s just say they were learning experiences! 😄).
With a background in fine arts and experience as a graphic designer, creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. Baking became the perfect way to blend my artistic passion with the comforting world of homemade treats.
As a mom of two lovely kids, I cherish the joy of sharing my creations with them and seeing their faces light up with delight. They’ve been my most honest (and cutest) taste-testers from the very beginning!
To grow in this journey, I’ve completed several offline and online baking courses, always keeping up with the latest techniques and trends. I truly believe that in baking – as in life – there’s always more to learn, more to create, and more to share.
From Hobby to Heartfelt Business
What began as a passion project in January 2023 quickly turned into something more. Thanks to the incredible support from friends, family, and wonderful clients, Anjali’s Bakehouse became a registered business in 2024.
One of my proudest moments was baking a cake for Chess World Champion Gukesh, through a special order from Chess India – a true honor and unforgettable experience! 🏆

I’m especially passionate about crafting eggless recipes, so that no one has to miss out on delicious cakes and baked goods – regardless of dietary choices or restrictions.
