The following terms apply to all purchases made through Anjali’s Bakehouse online store. Along with your order confirmation, they form a binding agreement between you (the buyer) and Anjali’s Bakehouse (the seller).

Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include MVA. We strive to keep all pricing accurate but reserve the right to make adjustments and correct any errors that may occur.
Product Description
Product images on the website are provided by Anjali’s Bakehouse and are intended for illustrative purposes. While we strive to ensure that delivered products closely match the images shown, slight variations may occur as each item is handcrafted. All product descriptions and ingredient lists are provided by Anjali’s Bakehouse, which is responsible for delivering goods in accordance with this information.
Cancellation and Reschedule
- To cancel your order for regular cake design, contact us at least 2 business
days before your pickup date…. - To cancel your order for theme cake design, contact us at least 5 business days before your pickup date.
- To reschedule pickup, notify us no later than 2 business days in advance.
We’ll do our best to assist you.
Payment
You can pay securely using credit card, Vipps, Klarna, or invoice. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to place an order through our service.
Card Payments :
Paying by card is safe and simple. You’ll be asked to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code. All card transactions are securely handled by Vipps. The solution is PCI-compliant and certified by both Visa and Mastercard. For your protection, all payment information is encrypted and stored securely with our payment provider — Anjali’s Bakehouse does not have access to your card details.
Since our products are made fresh to order, your card will be charged at the time of purchase. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds and is not blocked.
If a refund is issued for an order paid by Visa or Mastercard, the amount will be credited back to the same card.

Payment by Invoice (For Companies):
At this time, invoice payment for companies is not available directly through Anjali's Bakehouse. If you wish to place an order using this option, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Pickup at store Only
At this time, Anjali’s Bakehouse does not offer delivery at an event location. All orders must be picked up in-store.
Your selected pickup time will be confirmed during the ordering process. Please ensure that you collect your order at the agreed time. Orders will be stored at the pickup location.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the order on time. If an order is not collected at the agreed time, refunds or complaints will not be accepted. Anjali’s Bakehouse is not responsible for any decline in product quality due to the late pickup.

Right to Complain
Our products are fresh and made with care. Any complaints regarding quality or your order must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than the next business day after pickup.
Please direct your complaint first to Anjali’s Bakehouse for a quick resolution. If you wish to request a refund or submit a formal complaint, please send a written statement by email to Anjali’s Bakehouse. We will promptly follow up and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Terms
Anjali’s Bakehouse reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, including to comply with changes in legislation.
Disputes and Applicable Law
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or related agreements shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue. This applies to all legal matters concerning Anjali’s Bakehouse.
